[Indicators] Change "Upcoming events" indicator title to "Upcoming"

Bug Description
Due to the new indicators design where indicator items include indicator title in expanded state (when indicators revealed) we want to have as short name for menus as possible.
Therefore "Upcoming events" should be changed to "Upcoming"

I don't see "Upcoming" mentioned in that doc -- it looks like the string is now "Time & Date"?
