[Indicators] Change "Notification center" menu title to "Notifications"

Bug Description
Due to the new indicators design where indicator items include indicator title in expanded state (when indicators revealed) we want to have as short name for menus as possible.
Therefore "Notification centre" should be changed to "Notifications"
