Aisleriot doesn't work with the appmenu

Ubuntu info:
12.04 with only the default repositories enabled (no trunk builds on this install and no unstable Unity and Compiz PPAs) :)
AisleRiot version: 3.2.2-0ubuntu1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the game
2. Notice that the menubar is still in the window itself and not in the panel
