Bug Description
Driver appears to power cycle where every so often in tens of seconds the device drops from pavucontrol and then either comes back in or worse, requires unplugging and replugging in the USB connector and choosing the right input/output again. Skype causes the device to disappear and not re-appear. Playing with the sound settings will drop the device and have it show back up with the system already switching to the fallback device.
