Bug Description

After installing an update (i can't remember which), i stopped hearing sound from the system. It only showed that headphones were connected(though they weren't), but even if i connected them, i could still hear no sound. I installed PulseAudio, tried changing other things, but nothing worked. I remember typing a command, though i cannot remember it, and it doesn't appear in my terminal history(i think it is in the bug description), and after that the sound appears to be playing from "HDMI/DisplayPort".

Please change "options snd-hda-intel model=generic" to "options snd-hda-intel probe_mask=1", then reboot and test.

According to the dmesg.txt, the analog audio works well, I don't know why you saw dummy output from UI. (if everything looks good in the /proc/asound/*, then there must be sth wrong in the pulseaudio).

Ok, I checked again and now it works. I think it was because I have not restarted after changing probe_mask=1. Thank you very much for your help and have a nice day!
