Hi, I have solved the problem following this:

1)

sudo vi /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
add at end -> options snd-hda-intel model=auto
sudo restart

2) nano /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf
and at end -> options snd-usb-audio nrpacks=1

3) nano /etc/pulse/system.pa and nano /etc/pulse/default.pa
change --> load-module module-udev-detect --->by --> load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0

4) Follow this --->
http://iam.tj/prototype/enhancements/Windows-acpi_osi.html

Extract:

add --> acpi_osi=! "acpi_osi=Windows 2015" -> in grub --> example:

linux /vmlinuz-4.13.0-16-lowlatency root=/dev/mapper/VG_OS-ubuntu_16.04_rootfs ro acpi_osi=! "acpi_osi=Windows 2015" splash $vt_handoff

Changed in alsa-driver (Ubuntu):
