Bug Description

I don't know how to summarize best. but when I run for example command like sudo aa-genprof /usr/bin/pinky, it's output is:
Can't read AppArmor profiles in /etc/apparmor/profiles/extras/.

when you create that directory, error message disappears, but no profiles generated.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I've committed a patch that should fix the issue regarding the non-existing directories. The second issue is related to the kernel module not sending the correct audit messages to syslog. It has already been reported in bug 140508.
