Bug Description

The usr.sbin.dnsmasq profile (shipped in apparmor-profiles) is missing a rule for NetworkManager integration which is used by default in Ubuntu:
  /{,var/}run/sendsigs.omit.d/network-manager.dnsmasq.pid rw,

The log message is:
