(I think appmenu-gtk is the most relevant package...)

I change windows using Compiz scale plugin window picker.

What I expect to happen:
The close/minimize/maximize buttons appearing either at the top of the window, or in the top-left corner of the screen.

What happens:
The close/minimize/maximize buttons do not appear anywhere, and the window has no border.
