It is frustrating myself and others reporting crash reports via ubuntu-bug. As well, it is preventing effective triage against crash reports of LibreOffice. This is a regression in Quantal as I was able to report against .crash files via apport (ex. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/1069301 ). Marking Triaged due to screencast https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apport/+bug/1071092/+attachment/3412526/+files/screencast.webm , and High due to how this has "a severe impact on a small portion of Ubuntu users (estimated)". As well, it is preventing effective triage against crash reports of LibreOffice.
