Bug Description

Upgraded my test server to maverick and now it has extras.ubuntu.com in sources.list and no corresponding key (since this appropriately is not seeded on servers).

The apt-setup task is for fresh installs, but I just noticed that you were upgrading. update-manager shouldn't add the extras repository on servers.

This bug was fixed in the package update-manager - 1:0.142.19

  * DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeQuirks.py:
    - only add extras.ubuntu.com for systems that have the matching
      keyring (LP: #653200). This ensures its not added on a server
      upgrade.
