Bug Description

The package is installed with a ! In the name of the package, now I can't uninstall or remove the package or install other programs.
I have tryed to solve the problem with users on the Ubuntu forum but we couldnt.

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 lts
Version package: python-!ptdaemon.gtk3widgets 1.1.1-1ubuntu5.1

Result of sudo apt-get install -f:

dpkg: error: parsing file '/var/lib/dpkg/status' near line 11703 package 'software-center':
`Depends'-field, invalid packagename `python-!ptdaemon.gtk3widgets': mark `!' is not allowed (only letters, digits and '-+._' are allowed)
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

Also the software center is reporting me the problem with the package, and it cant be repaired by it self.
