Cant make static conection with kernel 2.6.31-6-generic

with kernel 2.6.31-5-generic i have no problem, works OK
but with 2.6.31-6-generic

when i restart network i get this in

dmesg:

[ 174.481849] r8169: eth0: link up
[ 185.188021] eth0: no IPv6 routers present

with dhclient works ok, but i need to have an static IP.
