Bug Description
Binary package hint: pidgin
The Pidgin program icon for the notification area is not transparent after an upgrade to Karmic Koala. See attached screenshot. This breaks user experience.

Caspar: Sorry, I didn't notice this was a duplicate. I added what also effected me and changed the title before realising there's another bug with all these attached!
I would change it back but it makes no difference to this bug (as it'll be handled by the master bug) and it'll just mean more emails to the subscribers.
