bash (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: bash

This is just for the "wishlist".

I have recently discovered a funny feature of Prolog: if you type a "wrong" command, the interpreter suggests you a correction:

?- hall.
Correct to: "halt"? [y/n]

Maybe it is possible to implement such a feature in bash?

?- nan myfile.txt.
Correct to: "nano"? [y/n]

ProblemType: Bug
Architecture: i386
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.04
Package: bash 3.2-5ubuntu1
 PATH=(custom, user)
SourcePackage: bash
Uname: Linux 2.6.28-13-generic i686
