[desktoptouch] Menus are not clickable with a touch screen

Bug Description

TEST CASE:
1. Start chromium-browser
2. single finger tab the icon at the right of the address bar (icon with 3 horizontal lines and a 'a')
3. tap on one 'Find' (or any other menu entry)
(if it works on first try, try again steps 2 and 3)

Expected Result
The search box opens

Actual result
Sometimes it opens but most often it does not.
