[snap] icon set in system dialogs doesn't always match the system default

Bug #1858630 reported by Paul White
This bug affects 3 people
Affects Status Importance Assigned to Milestone
chromium-browser (Ubuntu)

Bug Description

In my Xubuntu 20.04 installation the file upload dialog displays GNOME icons rather than the icon theme I have selected in ‘Appearance’ which is 'Xfce Elementary Darker'.

Google Chrome displays the correct icon set.

A test using a live session of Lubuntu 20.04 saw the Humanity icon set being used rather than the Lubuntu default set.

Presumably issue is due to a limited number of themes being included in the gtk-common-themes snap rather than a bug in the chromium snap?

summary: - [snap] icon set in file upload dialog doesn't always match system
+ [snap] icon set in system dialoga doesn't always match the system
