Thanks a lot for reporting this.

chromium-browser-l10n is a language pack that is unusable without chromium-browser already installed. It would make sense to have chromium-browser as a dependency of chromium-browser-l10n.

I believe lipstick meant it the other way around: chromium-browser-l10n as dependency of chromium-browser.
