Bug Description
When using chromium browser, for a while, suddenly a new blank white rectangle (its sizes is not a fixed value, sometimes it has the size of an icon and sometimes a large window) appears and sticks to desktop on top of everything.
Can't get rid of it unless a Unity reset is performed or a logout.
Please see screenshot.
It usually appears at the top left corner of the screen.
Same bug appears when using Google Chrome.
Using UNity 5.8.0 on precise - amd64.
