Bug Description
The following seems inconsistent. Ubuntu 14.04 offers to install my package. I take it up on its offer, and it says it's not possible. Instead, kvkbd should be accessible somewhere.
$ kvkbd

sudo apt-get install kvkbd
$ sudo apt-get install kvkbd

This is rather an issue with command-not-found (which provides the suggestion to install the package) than of apt (and not aptitude in any case, you used apt-get, not aptitude).
