Ubuntu 12.04 Blankscreen/corruption observed on the screen after Xrandr transformation

Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.04

Steps to Reproduce:
--------------------------------

1. Setup the machine
2. Connect any display
3. startx
4. Perform transform operation for display using
     xrandr
     xrandr --output <disp> --transform 1,0,0,0.1,1,0,0,0,1

5.Observe the desktop is showing corruption. Blankscreen/corruption observed at the bottom of the screen

  a wrong screen size has been set after all the normal work done for the
transformation, and intel driver amd close source driver got the same result.

with amd opensource driver , xrandr --output <disp> --transform 1,0,0,0.1,1,0,0,0,1 will not work(no transform effect )
