Bug Description
Bug as stated in the title. Solution: Change the default Compiz configuration of the Tooltip close animation from
(type=Tooltip | Notification | Utility) & !(name=compiz) & !(title=notify-osd)
to
(type=Tooltip | Notification | Utility) & !(name=compiz)& !(title=
Note that this bug does not fullfil the papercut criterium
"- in a default installation of Latest release of Ubuntu or Kubuntu, Desktop Edition."
but unfortunately it's a bug to be fixed by Compiz packagers, not by Xubuntu maintainers, so I report it here.
