gimp toolbar won't remember its place

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gimp

It I open the Gimp and put the main toolbar at top, just under the gnome-panel and then close the Gimp it will not put the gimp toolbar where I left it.
This only happen if desktop effects are set to ON.

Ubuntu 7.10 up to date: Oct 14-07

See img one is before and one after closing and opening the Gimp again.

Yes it's on, like I wrote in the first post.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. Confirmed, it moves down and over by the size of the decoration. This is probably a GIMP bug though.
