Bug Description
In order to aid automated testing of content-hub it would be very useful for the content-hub to include a '--testability' flag to enable it to launch in test mode.
In this mode it should ignore the default content sources and instead use auto-exporters which will return configured content-items automatically. This would allow for improved automated testing of content-hub by this project, and also from higher level application projects.
