Bug Description

According to reports [1] lpadmin should accept the command "lpadmin -p [printer name] -o AP_FIRSTPAGE_InputSlot-default=[paper source]" in order to set the first page option on a printer. This fails to take, however:

jreeves@oasouth-printserver:~$ sudo lpadmin -p Kyocera_KM-5050 -o InputSlot-default=PF700D
jreeves@oasouth-printserver:~$ sudo lpadmin -p Kyocera_KM-5050 -o AP_FIRSTPAGE_InputSlot-default=PF700A
jreeves@oasouth-printserver:~$ lpoptions -p Kyocera_KM-5050 -l | grep -i slot
InputSlot/Media Source: PF700A PF700B PF700C *PF700D MF1 PF750
jreeves@oasouth-printserver:~$

The problem is that this option is not implemented in the pdftopdf filter. I have asked the upstream author of the pdftopdf filter to implement it. He usually fixes things quickly.
