Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 dev with dbus 1.10.6-1ubuntu1 and lxdm 0.5.3-1 and if the empty file /etc/dbus-1/session-local.conf gets created and the system gets rebooted all logins with lxdm does then fail.
