Bug Description

debootstrap includes hard-coded information about Debian and Ubuntu distribution releases in /usr/share/debootstrap/scripts/$SUITE. This volatile information should be carved out to and maintained in the distro-info package instead.

Attached is a patch that queries distro-info in case of not finding the suite script. Therefore newer suites will be supported without updating debootstrap (if distro-info is installed). Nothing will change in case of not having distro-info installed. Therefore you can still bootstrap Debian without having distro-info. In addition to applying this patch, debootstrap should suggest or recommend distro-info.

PS: I will upload this patch to Ubuntu in one week if no objections are raised.
