This hapened after upgrade from 12.0.4 to 14.0.4 was a direct download upgrade nothing after upgraded or installed.

Interesting... Your terminal output says "[Errno 5] Input/output error" while setting up duplicity. That is a very generic error. Not sure how to debug this.
