elisa-plugins-ugly wont install on Intrepid

Binary package hint: elisa-plugins-ugly

Elisa-plugins-ugly will not install on an Intrepid box. With elisa and elisa-plugins-{good,bad} installed I attempted to isntall elisa-plugins-ugly and got this error message:

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.

This shouldnt happen as elisa-plugins-good *is* installed on this machine. I can confirm this has happened on two seperate boxes.
