cannot apply theme in empathy windows

Bug Description

Cannot change theme to empathy windows. This shitty new interface has no control, where it came?

I still can change theme for Google Talk windows. Default theme really suck.

If you use GNOME Shell, you'll find the Preferences in the application menu (Super+F10 or click on the application name in GNOME Shell's top panel).

If you don't use GNOME Shell, I think it's supposed to have a regular menu (which will probably also appear in the top panel in a Unity session), but I haven't checked.
