Bug Description

For usability's sake, almost all settings should be able to revert back to their original values. Customizability is great, and a user should be able to play around to find the settings they like most, but sometimes, the original settings were the best and it's hard to get it perfect. It's a comfort issue for many users. Add any affected applications with a comment describing what settings should have a default value but don't.

In Empathy, when making a call, you can open a sidebar, and select video settings from the dropdown menu and change the values for contrast, brightness, etc, but you can't revert back to default. It's hard to get things back to "just right", and it affects ALL applications that use the webcam!

p.s. where else can these settings be accessed?
