missing empathy icon from systray

Previously empathy used to have an icon in systray/notification area.This icon has gone missing now.

Thank you for your bug report and helping to make Ubuntu better. The empathy icon has been moved to the indicator applet. If you want to change this back to to "Edit-->Preferences-->Notifications Tab-->un-check "use message indicators"

I was looking for a systray icon also ....

may be it can be usefull to update the name of this option,
"use message indicators" is not really a good title I think...

"use message indicators, hide systray icon" ... may be more explicit !

There is no option to hide/show the system tray icon anymore, so how can there by a system tray?

Also, there is no panel in gnome-shell, so how do we know when we have new messages without libnotify? (I hate libnotify)
