Empathy ignores cut and paste keyboard shortcuts

Bug Description
The keyboard shortcuts for copy, cut and paste are ignored by empathy.
ctrl+c, ctrl+x, ctrl+v
ctrl-ins, ctrl-del, ctrl-ins
The menu will allow copy and paste, but those that use the keyboard shortscut find that wrong data in the clipboard after moveing somethign form empathy.
Have noticed this since Oneiric.
