Bug Description

When you try to add a new contact for a sip account, your sip account is greyed out in the list and you can't add any new contact.

Using Empathy 3.3.91 on Ubuntu Precise 12.04.

This is oooooold bug that (it seems to) will newer be corrected :-/
Simply do not use Empathy for SIP (or at all).
