Bug Description

Enigmail can't import the attached public ket: it returns error with decoding of the key.
Update to the nightly build (2016-11-18, version: 2.0a1pre, git rev: 52da3314243a0a4a87d2c8f72c17c0c1376b2ea9)fixes issue.
