Bug Description

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

I have aspell-pt-br installed and I wanted to use pt_BR dictionary in epiphany, but I couldn't. I tried changing spellchecker.dictionary and using LANG=pt_BR LC_ALL=pt_BR epiphany, but nothing gave me good results.

When using with LANGUAGE=pt_BR.UTF-8 epiphany it works, but it still would be good to have epiphany in english and set the spell dictionary in spellchecker.dictionary.
