help showing document not found

Bug Description

After launching the browser and clicking under menu > help, it displays a Document not Found message instead of providing help with the software

This only affects the snap version

I believe you'll find that Help is broken in probably all the GNOME snaps.

Jeremey, I think you're right. It is broken in the gnome-clocks snap with the following error:
