Evolution mapi can't sent emails on Ubuntu 12.04(LTS) 64bit

I can't send out emails using evolution-mapi and every time I tried to send out an email, it said "An error occurred while sending. How do you want to proceed? The reported error was "Could not send message."."

The version I use is as below:
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 3.2.0-23-generic x86_64
