evolution crashed on startup with gmail account in goa_oauth_based_get_consumer_key()

Bug Description

Crash happens just after startup when my gmail account is enabled in online-accounts.
If I disable it there is no problem with two other manually configured IMAP accounts

I suspect evolution 3.6 does not play well alongside gnome-online-accounts 3.8

This bug also affects me. Adding gmail account through Online Accounts will cause Evolution to segfault.

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
