Bug Description
Today i've selected a mail to move it to a new folder:
- right click on the mail
- select "new" folder
- set a name for that new folder : the issue met is "there is no way to validate/register it" because neither "create" button can be used (greyed) nor hitting "enter" to directly create that entry.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04
Package: evolution 3.10.3-0ubuntu4

Tweaking around that issue, i've discovered that hitting the "tab" key is a workaround to set the "create" button clickable and then continue moving the desired mail. Of course that workaround should not be used to unset the greyed "create" button: it have to be activated and clickable directly after having writing a few letters to create a folder name (or poping up a warning telling that the given name have to met some rules (but it must stay simple as there is no security rule here))
