Bug Description
Since upgrading to Ubuntu 16.04, Evolution generates excessive traffic with a only few (5-7) imap accounts.
E.g. RX bytes:98361856545 (98.3 GB) for a computer with 5h uptime.
Most traffic seems to be generated when you open any folder.
E.g.:
1. Click on the "Sent" folder
2. Wait for it to finish loading
3. Click on "Inbox"
4. Wait for it to finish loading
about 1GB of traffic generated.

Any news on the incorportation of the upstream fix?
This is a blocker issue (application usage becomes so slow I had to switch to Thunderbird).
