file-roller StartupNotify error in gnome-panel menu list

Bug Description

When opening "*.tgz" multiple times, gnome-panel is full of "Opening Archive ..".

Please do the following change to fix it:

[/usr/share/applications/org.gnome.FileRoller.desktop]
