Binary package hint: file-roller

Hello!

There's code-page conversion (CP866/1251->UTF8) & long directory/file name auto truncation problem of rar-archives, packed in Windows environment originally.

For e.g. [http://mo.uhta.net/gkh/files/Dom.rar]

Unfortunately this is a very, very, very old bug.

Use "PeaZip" for rar and zip archives with Russian names for example.
