supersede firefox 3.0 and xulrunner-1.9 in karmic

searhorse-plugins holds back xulrunner-1.9 and needs a respin with xulrunner-1.9.1 in build deps (or xulrunner >= 1.9.1~)

Recommends: abrowser-3.0 | firefox-3.0 | iceape | icedove | iceweasel | seamonkey | thunderbird

pushed updates with transitional packages for xulrunner-1.9.1 (xulrunner-1.9*) and firefox-3.5 (firefox-3.0* + abrowser-3.0*) to https://edge.launchpad.net/~asac/+archive/ppa ...

1st test: installed firefox-3.0, firefox-3.0-branding, firefox-3.0-gnome-support + firefox firefox-3.5 firefox-3.5-branding firefox-3.5-gnome-support from archive and upgraded to ppa: upgrade went smooth

2nd test:
 1. removed all firefox (karmic)
 2. install just firefox-3.0 firefox-3.0-branding and firefox-3.0-gnome-support,
 3. add firefox 3 starter to gnome panel
 4. enable ppa and dist-upgrade

verified:
 a) firefox 3 is now the default
 b) gnome-panel starter is still there with icon and starts firefox-3.5

correction on 2nd: the panel icon technically disappeared, but the reason for that is that the initial firefox-3.0-branding package comes from karmic which shipped a legacy .desktop file called firefox-3.0.desktop. verified that the .desktop file in jaunty firefox-3.0-branding is called firefox.desktop, which is the same as the firefox.desktop shipped by firefox-3.5-branding in karmic. So the upgrade should take over panel additions properly.

3rd test (abrowser-3.0-branding):
 1. remove all firefox (karmic)
 2. install abrowser-3.0-branding firefox-3.0-gnome-support firefox-3.0
 4. enable ppa and dist-upgrade

verified:
 1. abrowser still works and all is updated to 3.5

other verified ...:
 1. abrowser-3.0-branding ships abrowser.desktop ... same as abrowser-3.5-branding - so gnome-panel launcher take over is fine too.

4th test: same as 2nd test, but
 1. install firefox-3.0-venkman firefox-3.0-dom-inspector in stage 2 as well

verified:
  1. upgrade works fine

I searched through the Packages and Sources files for Main and Universe and only found dependencies for only firefox-3.0 in seahorse-plugins and mozilla-imagezoom
