GDM is using incorrect icons

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gdm

The gdm is using the wrong user icons and is also missing the accessibility icon. As shown in the screenshot attached below.

Thank you for your bug report, those are 2 different issues, the user icon one seems to be transient, sometimes the icon change when you select the user, the other issue a known gtk bug
