Package Inclusion Request: geany-plugin-zencoding

Geany is a great code editor but one often gets handicapped due to lack of a proper emmet/zencoding plugin for web development. Since, there already is a 3rd party plugin available, I request you to include it in the Ubuntu PPA:

The compilation method described on this Github repository is tedious, especially to those who aren't well versed in system programming using C/CMake. Hence, it'd be great if Ubuntu developers themselves take care of this and add geany-plugin-zencoding as a geany plugin package to the repo.
