Bug Description

This has been mildly annoying me for a long time. On my laptop, the Gnome
Battery Charge Monitor can pick up when I plug in the AC adaptor fine.

However, if I plug in or unplug the AC adaptor while the laptop is off in
swsusp, when I resume it, it shows the old battery state. If I then plug in the
AC adaptor and then unplug it, it's correct again.

So:
1. Suspend computer with AC adaptor in.
2. Unplug ac adaptor.
3. Resume computer.
4. Battery status is AC. Should be Battery.

Clearly it just needs to receive some sort of signal, or poll.

the current gnome-applets from GNOME 2.12 uses hal and fixes this issue, I'm
closing the bug. Feel free to reopen if you get the issue again with it.
