system settings bluetooth toggle visual doesn't update

Bug Description

Open the Bluetooth panel in System Settings and click anywhere in the on/off toggle which enables or disables Bluetooth. Bluetooth itself is switched on or off but the visual display of the toggle is not updated.

Running 12.04.2. Appport report to be attached shortly.
