Bug Description
It's not possible to set the sound level to more than 100% in Settings->Sound menu using the slider. When I switch on the Over-Amplification trigger the Output volume slider remains the same (it used to increas it's max value in 17.10).
BUT it still possible to set volume level to more than 100% in the top bar.
Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
