Low battery warning under Power could use better grammar

Bug Description
As shown in the attached screenshot, the current string shown in Power in System Settings says "Caution low battery", which looks weird. As a way to fix it, perhaps changing it to "Caution: low battery" or "Caution - low battery" would be better.
